I know that you will read this article and possibly some comments, and this is why I have a few questions for you:
1. Is it true that in the USA if a member of my family or your family dies in a hospital, you and I will request the medical records we will receive them within few weeks?
2. do you know that if a member of your family or my family dies today in a romanian hospital, you and I will never, and I repeat never be able to obtain copies of the medical records? This is because under the patient's rights law 43/2003, the article nr.21 writes as follows: all information about the state of the patient, results of investigations, the diagnosis, the prognosis, personal information are confidential even after the patient's death.
3.do you agree that the families of the dead and injured young romanians during the colectiv's fire have all the rights to get full medical records of their relatives to find out how much they suffered, how well they were treated, and if they could have been saved, provided the inetrnational protocols and guidelines of treatments for such patients, would have been followed?
unfortunately i can not use to many capital letters in my comments.
Domnule ambasador Klemm, sunteti o persoana respectabila pentru
tara dumneavoastra si una apreciabila pentru tara noastra! Educatia pe care ati primit-o va permite sa intelegeti natiunea noastra si sa o apreciati.
Cred ca si romanii va apreciaza cel putin la fel de mult :)
In afara de socialisti & asociatii, of course :(((
Vor fi 'peanuts', nu va faceti griji :)))
